About Miguel Figueroa

Miguel currently serves as National Managing Partner of MJF Associates, USA member firm of MJF International. He is responsible for delivering audit services to multinational, mid-sized and start-up publicly traded and private-held companies, with a focus on entertainment and technology companies.

Miguel also serves as a chair of the partnership board of MJF International, a global audit, tax and consulting firm with over 1,200 professionals in 12 countries. In this capacity, he is responsible for the global technical audit quality and firm quality control review program, including compliance with firm policy, SEC and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards.

Miguel is a member of the Stakeholder Advisory Group of the Green House Gas Protocol Initiative, and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Forum for Corporate Directors, Board Source, and the National Association of Corporate Directors. He is also on the board of the Infrastructure Academy and Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times.

Miguel is a CPA, and holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and an undergraduate degree in business administration from Cal State San Marcos. He also attended Harvard Business School's Executive Program on Corporate Governance.
