Our regular meetings are generally in the morning on the first Tuesday of each month and typically feature a speaker presenting topical information on finance, the local economy, business strategy, career management, etc.
We also have periodic special event evening meetings, each featuring a high profile speaker or panel of speakers, and organized to be a delightful networking event for our members and special guests.

Ellen Bonnell is a popular speaker and facilitator – proven by her recent talk "How to
Get Good Forecasts from Bad Data" at the ASMI Budget Master Conference.
Ellen is the CEO of Trend Savants, a consulting firm that works with companies
to increase revenues and manage costs through forecasting, business intelligence &
analytics services. TrendSavants esteemed clients include Toyota, Mazda, Nissan,
Dunkin Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, Taco Bell, American Hospital Supply,
Allstate Insurance and Coca-Cola Bottling Companies.
Ellen began her career at A. C. Nielsen where she developed Sales Potential Studies,
Price Sensitivity Studies, Media Allocation Models, Demographic Analyses,
Merchandising Optimization and other multi-variate models. At Gould, Inc.
Fluid Components Division, she was responsible for the distribution systems
at Gould's domestic and international hubs. As a Management Consultant with Deloitte,
she developed both strategic and operational systems in distribution, manufacturing and
health care industries.
Ellen completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from
Indiana University and Masters of Business Administration coursework from
Northwestern University. She teaches Economics at San Diego City College
and is on the faculty of the National Institute for Management Research.
